2) Personalize your mug by sending us a message with your order. Choose a meaningful quote, your name, or any text that resonates with you. Remember that there may be restrictions on the number of characters or lines that can be printed. We suggest a maximum of 5 lines of text.

★ UPON ORDERING

1) We will send you proof of your design by email (typically within 24-48 business hours). All revisions are included. 

2) You can approve your design OR request edits. 

3) After final approval, your item will be shipped and a tracking number will be provided. Be sure to carefully review your text. It will be printed exactly as received and we are not responsible for any typos.
